Dogs | Pets
A fee of Euro 35.00 per day will be charged for dogs (not including food). We reserve the right to assess an additional fee in case a final cleaning beyond the standard housekeeping services is necessary. We ask for your understanding that dogs are not permitted in the dining and sauna areas.
Check-in/Check-out Times
Check-in is possible beginning at 4:00 pm. Check-out is at 09:30 am.
Reservations
A reservation is only valid with a booking confirmation sent by the hotel.
Deposit
After receiving the reservation confirmation, we request a deposit an amount of 30% of the travel price- within 7 days so that we can make the final confirmation for the desired room category.
Cancellations
Cancellations must be received in writing. Therefore we recommend the purchase of travel insurance that covers cancellations. More information here: www.europaeische.at

"We had booked one of the apartments from the hotel for our hiking vacation. The apartments are in comparison with to the hotel at the other end of Serfaus, but the mountain railways and the town center or the hotel can be reached relatively quickly via the subway. It is a 5-minute walk to the subway or bus stop. Our apartment is modernly furnished with every comfort and has two bedrooms and two bathrooms, so also ideal for families. Particularly noteworthy is the great, very large roof terrace, which gets a lot of sun until late in the afternoon even in September."
